About the Role
As a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children can learn, explore, and grow. You'll foster strong relationships with families, support each child's developmental journey, and bring learning to life through our proven curriculum and innovative digital learning platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for Pre-Kindergarten students
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques
- Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
- Observe and assess children's progress and support individual learning needs
Qualifications
- EEC Certification for Preschool Age Group required
- Experience in early childhood education or preschool settings preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young children
- Ability to create positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education
